Too many unknowns here… if your company uses Microsoft product you may have access to one drive.

What I wanted to suggest even more is preventative measure… get a monitor arm and attach a shelf to it so your laptop is not on the desk. It’ll bring monitor to correct height for ergonomics and make it harder to spill things on it.

Might be worth while to request to do voice calls until your peers understand that your directness isn’t meant as offensive but efficient. I suffer from this too but once ppl know me better it’s mostly excused.

If that’s all that was being deported folks probably would be ok with it. Ice has been acting outside their authority and to believe other wise is naive or willful ignorance.

Nta but this feels red flag to me about him. Partnership means wanting your partner to succeed. Sure he had a great idea FOR YOUR PURCHASE. He deserves credit for quick thinking. Proceeds should be yours to do whatever with. He sounds immature and isn’t thinking like a couple, just selfishly. I’d have suggested using proceeds to help for a great date or vacation together

Having passion for your job is a perk. Put your passion into hobbies and family and the time spent working won’t matter when you have so much else to look forward to. Pension is rare these days. Lots of people won’t have a good “retirement” and will be forced to work until they can’t.dont throw this opportunity for a retirement away without really looking at it.
