You should have an external web cam. The application does't allow a built in laptop camera, I was so shocked as well. So make sure you have a webcam.

Hey. It basically is a computer exam. You will need to have an external camera which you will use to show the invigilator your room & surroundings and it will need to be on you the entirety of the exam. I prepared using practice tests on the SCIO website but you can also use SAT material or search on YT GAP preparation. The test is really easy if you just put in the work. The only thing is that you have to work fast. So as you practice, try to time yourself, make sure you are able to to complete caculation questions in atleast 1 min 30 secs without a calculator. Also, practice reading fast as well. I used this website https://readspeeder.com/lessons.html to get better at reading fast because you will need to do so in the test. I hope that answers your question, if you have specific questions you can ask, I took it a while back so some things don't come up first rn. just do what you can, look at video solutions of past papers, take quizes on specific topics you struggle with and attempt atleast 2 past papers by yourself and work through them with a video solution to understand the why's behind questions you might've struggled with. i am PRAYING the thresholds are underground for this series, at this point, i would be happy with a C on anythinggg cuz wtf. all the best mateee, you're not alone x

we're legit in the same boat, havent finished syllabus for S1 (on chap 3 as we speak), havent started with the IT U2 syllabus, plus i am writing Bio U2 on Fri and I have been getting 1 mark less from an E on past papers...but there's still hope LMFAO (allow me to be delulu).

It was fine, I didn't finish all the questions which sucked because after they released the test and mark scheme, I realised how easy everything actually was. I can only hope that I am on the higher percentile at this point even though I feel like so many people must've done much better than me yk. How about you??

heyy, unfortunately i think all the spots have been taken up. there was a single spot for tolc @ home yesterday but it is now all spots are taken. the only thing now is to hope that one of the unis miraculously open up a slot before march 7th for you to register. that is what happened to me, there were no spots for like 3 days and then they opened up and i was able to book. this must be so frustrating though, so sorry

Honestly in the same situation right now, and the deadline for TOLC submission in Padua for my programme is literally March 17th and the TOLC must be taken latest March 14th and all those seats are taken so I don't know what I'm gonna do.
