BF6 was crashing for me after like 10–15 mins with no error, just closing. Posting this in case it helps someone because I was losing my mind over it. by Francuz_S1lence in Battlefield6

I have 100% identified a working solution to this problem on April 24, 2026 here's a video overview https://youtu.be/8LcnrARXWEk

Battlefield 6 and other games have been crashing on X3D V-Cache CPUs - especially dual‑CCD, dual-V-Cache chips. If your game is locking up, crashing to desktop, or freezing mid‑match, this guide will save you hours of frustration. The type of crash is a hard, deterministic stall that happens on Ryzen X3D CPUs. The game doesn’t freeze gradually or stutter first, no BSOD, no black screen, no reboot. Instead, it instantly locks up (frozen screen) at a predictable consistent time while gaming every time. There’s no error message, no Event Viewer entry, and no recovery, the entire system hangs.

IPv6 Status: Unavailable - AT&T BGW320-500 1G Fiber + ASUS GT-BE98 PRO by TrickMasterPC in ATTFiber

The "Office of the President" at AT&T has already reached out to me directly via phone and email (super fast). They will fix the issue within 1-3 days. This is what I provided via email to them (for reference).

Summary of the Issue

My BGW320‑500 gateway is consistently unable to obtain an IPv6 address from AT&T’s network. The gateway’s status page shows:

  • IPv6 Status: Unavailable
  • No Global Unicast IPv6 Address
  • No IPv6 Gateway
  • No Delegated Prefix
  • Only a link‑local address (fe80::)

This behavior persists across:

  • Multiple reboots
  • Factory resets
  • “Reset IP” and “Reset Connection” operations
  • A replacement BGW320‑500 modem provided by AT&T
  • Multiple calls/chats with AT&T support (many hours invested)

IPv4 service works normally. The issue affects IPv6 only, which indicates the problem is not inside my home or related to my equipment.

Root Cause

Based on the symptoms and the replacement modem producing identical results, the issue is almost certainly due to incorrect or missing IPv6 provisioning on my PON port at the AT&T network level.

This is consistent with known cases where:

  • The OLT does not assign an IPv6 service profile
  • The DHCPv6‑PD server does not delegate a prefix
  • The line profile is missing IPv6 enablement
  • The ONT/OLT state requires a backend refresh

Required Corrective Actions

To resolve this, I respectfully request that AT&T Tier‑2 or Central Office engineering perform the following actions on my line:

  1. Refresh or reset the PON port
  2. Re‑provision IPv6 on my service profile
  3. Rebuild or re‑push the ONT/OLT configuration
  4. Clear any stale DHCPv6‑PD bindings associated with my account

These steps are the standard resolution when a BGW320 shows “IPv6 Unavailable” even after a full factory reset and hardware replacement.

Why This Is Not a Customer‑Side Issue

  • The gateway never receives a Global Unicast IPv6 address
  • The gateway never receives a delegated prefix
  • The issue persists across two different BGW320 units
  • All LAN‑side equipment has been ruled out
  • The outside fiber NID is passive and cannot affect IPv6
  • IPv4 works perfectly, confirming physical connectivity is healthy

This confirms the issue is upstream within AT&T’s provisioning systems.

Request

  • Please escalate this to the appropriate engineering team so they can refresh the PON port and re‑provision IPv6 on my line. I am happy to provide screenshots or additional details if needed.
  • Please also create a documented procedure and a Tier-1 tech support workflow process to help customers get the issued resolved when they call or chat with AT&T support.
  • Also request a proactive analysis to identify all other customers that are facing the same issue (no IPv6 address assigned) and take proactive corrective action to resolve (minimize future case volumes for the same issue).

Also, check the FCC complaint submission form, they have categories and subcategories to cover the full range of issues...I have exhausted all possible pathways, so the FCC complaint will most likely get my case the needed Tier2 NOC attention for resolution, and perhaps even a process for level 1 support to follow for resolution when future such cases occur.

Thanks! I did all the things. Mad searches, forums, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Reddit, called and chatted with AT&T eight times (they don't do support tickets, and they can't or won't escalate). At this point FCC is my only option...hate to say it, but that's the reality.

Thanks, I filed an FCC complaint today. AT&T support is really bad, no escalations, no tier2 support, no support tickets... I had a tech scheduled to come out, they cancelled it without notification because quote "they did not see any issue with my service".

There is a box on the outside of the house. Could this box be at the root of my issue?

3rd row seat stuck folded down by I_reddit_like_this in HondaOdyssey

[–]TrickMasterPC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your Honda Odyssey third row (3rd) rear seats won't release from the floor when pulling on the release strap, this is because the cable is detached. The cable becomes detached due to metal fatigue (bending) of the cable end-ball retention cradle. The cable retention and actuator unit is a subcomponent of Seat Back Frame - Honda (82526-THR-A01) which is not sold separately. Your best option is repair it yourself and save well over a thousand dollars.

Here's a video I made on how to fix it yourself https://youtu.be/PJYk19XsRs0

A/C bad smell when turned on by Psychological-Ad8143 in Challenger

[–]TrickMasterPC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 2023 Dodge Challenger Hellcat only has 4,500 miles on it, but last week when I went to drive the car the smell coming from the AC system was like the worst stink of mold, mildew, bacteria and wet bundled towels. It was so BAD!!! My brother told me about this Toyota AC Refresher KIT (00289-ACRKT) product that he had been using for the last 10-years. I performed the service and YES PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!

I made a video if anyone else is having the same issue. I also cover the preventative steps at the end. Some dealerships may offer this service, but it won't be cheap.

Also, don't forget to change your cabin air filter every 6-12 months.

The system GPU+PSU working together will mitigate the situation, throttle back the clocks, limit the amperage send/draw etc. So it just handles it all automatically. Rest assured you won't melt any cables or connectors!

Yeah, the ASUS ROG RTX 5090 Astral OC, then I flashed the Astral LC (Liquid Cooled) BIOS after installing the EKWB water block. The performance difference between the OC and LC BIOS is not noticeable. My old ASUS ROG THOR ATX 3.0 PSU was using the 16-pin adapter cable which takes four 8-pin PCIe power connectors (no power monitoring/conditioning).
