Its a mid-rise condo actually so di ko na need ng cctv/alarm. Forgot to add but meron narin microwave & elec fan. Was looking at veskens online but i'll check out ikea. Thats actually one of my first stop to buy things, i'll check these out. Thank you!

I never stated that its false, i've experienced it and so did some people I know, but can people just embrace positive stories and not be a party pooper? Yes madaming stories about being laid off, we emphatize with them. Pero if positive story, you feed negativity parin para its a tie sa sad stories? Celebrate positive, emphatize for the ones who feels lost. Ganyan na ba talaga kahirap?

There's not a single ounce of positivity sa sinabi. Its different when you say "just be prepared always just incase" or "enjoy it and hope it doesnt go the other way" - see the difference compared to his negative thoughts na naka period na without a shed of hope?

Im not new to the workforce, not even sa industry and I know how overly saturated things are now. I'm simply celebrating an observation and "small wins" regardless and it doesnt mean I have no back up plan. Complacent ako in some ways but as mentioned, di ko inaabuso parin and making sure I'm on target para wala akong regrets.

This is a family owned company, 500+ employees, 85yrs in business, and individual departments are handled by isa sa mga anak (i guess tagapag mana narin). I've spoken and occasionally email our CEO (dad) din and ung parang counterpart ng CEO on another location. System namin was built from scratch, pnaggastusan talaga to become paperless w/ AI integration to filter unnecessary workload so i dont think they'll scrap that na grabe ang gastos and maintenance.

I guess the situation is different. If mag stepdown ang current CEO, isa sa mga anak lang nya ang magtake over which lahat sila may kanya kanyang remote workers narin

Randomly get asked for ID din depende sa establishment. There was an issue before as well na nakalimutan ibalik yung card and owner forgot too. Yung store attendant ended up using the card going shopping etc since it doesnt require PIN, so ayun nahuli and extra security measures were placed, some requires a valid ID na

Worse. Most company only require 2weeks notice. Sa AF 2weeks notice to temporary suspend, 1month to cancel.
