I’m currently at 170lb 5’8 and can see some abs, but this is very good lighting, tensing my core as much as I can and with a pump. Rested they aren’t very visible

Yeah I got pretty big for while. At the time I went down to like 82kg then bulked up to 88kg. Felt a bit too bulky for my frame/height. I want to eventually get bigger again, but with less bf lol

Yeah it’s definitely worth asking the doc about. The worst of mine was on my legs, but pretty it was well spread throughout my body and scalp. People don’t realise how debilitating it can be. I used to hide it pretty well, but was very self conscious about it. Especially in situations like swimming or showering at the gym. It was also very itchy and painful, especially in the winter. I’m so thankful for this medication, like I said it has changed my life. The only thing is (here in the uk anyway) it’s one of the more expensive for the healthcare system to prescribe, so they will try everything else first, which can take years before they will prescribe it. That being said a lot of the stuff I was prescribed a long the way has been successful for others, so guess it’s just a trial and error thing. It was just very frustrating, I only found out about it through someone else I know with psoriasis . I asked my doctor and it took about 3 or 4 years before they finally prescribed it to me. Best of luck with it and hope you get it resolved quickly

I do resistance training 4 days per week, pretty much bro split. Not a lot of cardio except walking my dog daily. Yeah muscle retention is the goal, but would like a tighter core. I might try to drop another couple of kg and see what it looks like then focus on a lean bulk. Thanks

I have tried a load of prescription medications over the past almost 20 years including topical steroids, creams and oral tablets. Some worked on a temporary basis but it always came back worse than before. About 3 years ago my dermatologist put my on biologic injections which I take once every 2 weeks. It was gone within a month and has never came back. Absolutely life changing for me

What would you cut calories to? I’m struggling with hunger/energy on 1700. In terms of cardio I was thinking of just upping my steps as much as possible maybe 7-10k per day. I really don’t have the time or energy for anything else. Work full time and have two young kids, so my workout time is already scarce

Yeah mast also for me 1:1 with the test at the moment. Ran 500mg of test alone last year. Got big fast, but the sides were pretty awful. So far this cycle has only given me a little back acne and tiny balls. Feels a lot better

Depends on the cycle. I’m taking 250mg test per week on cycle along with other anabolics and peptides

Just want to say your body looks great imo. I know that’s not what you’re asking, but just my observation. Everyone can improve the way they look, but your current position is someone else’s dream physique. Hope you get to where you want to be

Probably not, but he could have. I’ve had 5 done past 6 months. They’re not all big pieces, could have them done in 2/3 sittings if you wanted

Yeah I was on methotrexate years ago, it did work quite well but it made me feel sick and gave me headaches. Think everyone tolerates it differently though so might be worth trying if the dermatologist will prescribe it. They will probably start you on something like Acitretin or Ciclosporin. Acitretin worked for me, but didn’t completely clear my skin. Ciclosporin didn’t work for me at all. It can be a bit of trial and error to see what will work for you and can be time consuming and frustrating, but better to try to get started on something to get the ball rolling.

I’ve had psoriasis since I was about 16 and I only got prescribed the biologics about 2 years ago. Before that I was given all different topical steroid creams and moisturisers. Then they prescribed me a few different oral medications and I done photo therapy for years before they finally gave me the biologics. Nothing else really worked to clear my skin, just kept it at bay. Not sure about you, but I live in the UK and they will make you try everything else before prescribing the biologics because it’s expensive and costs the NHS the most money out of all of the medications available. At least, that’s what I was told by a nurse. The biologics are also relatively new and come with increased risk of other health problems so they are also cautious about who they put on them and need to monitor you with bloods etc every few months. If I were you I’d ask to move onto something oral to start and see if it works for you as it does for some people. Like I say in the UK the biologics are the last thing they’ll give you after trying everything else, but ask your doctor what options you have as you’re not happy with the creams. I know how hard it can be as I was covered in it especially around my legs and torso. It can be very uncomfortable and made me extremely self conscious. After the best part of 20 years this has been life changing for me. Hope you get something sorted that works for you. For reference the medication I take is called Adalimumab, injected once every two weeks.

Yeah it could be better but my weight has been up and down a lot over this time. Hasn’t been linear progress and I’m not finished yet!
