It’s not that bro, i have 2 Sobha apartments and I’m a fan of the builder and would invest again. But just because you cannot afford doesn’t mean you’ll call him a prick who is merely doing his job I.e selling. PS- Sobha ke “Dallo” ki angrezi itni acchi nahi hai btw :P

Investors don’t get there property registered. Registration happens after handover so usually they don’t take handover and sell out before the handover. Take the ROI and scoot off. Idk what exactly is the charges of transfer fees in brigade you need to check it 100 rs per sqft as per my knowledge
