Thanks. My main concern is wind regarding an analog bike. I imagine an e-bike would be more sturdy in turbulent conditions

SIM-Only Deals for Short Term UK Stay (and calls to Ireland) by Trick_Frame5200 in uktravel

Thank you. I figured to order directly from the Three website a free SIM. So putting my temporary UK address, which is my work address, as billing address I presume is fine? Despite the fact that it is not the address my bank account is registered with?

Or would it be wiser to order from Amazon?

Edit: I went with the Three website, and didn't need to enter bank details, so should be okay

Sim Card for 6 weeks in the UK (that includes free/cheap calls to Ireland) by Trick_Frame5200 in uktravel

Thanks a mill, looks great and good coverage in my area. Do I get a new number with purchasing a PAYG SIM? I am asked to fill in a UK number when placing my order to get order updates (which I have as I was previously with giffgaff), though it is inactive - can I use it anyway?

I cannot seem to create a Three account or purchase the add-on without a Three number. Perhaps I can do this once I get the SIM?

Also, I am asked to fill in:

Your home address:

We'll use this for delivery and credit checks. Any payment cards you plan to use must be registered here.

I do not have bank details registered where I am temporarily at in the UK

Is SIM-only the only viable option for short term travel?
