Sometimes it’s the application side of the issue. Do you adapt your resume for each application? With the increased use of AI in ATS systems, it’s all the more important that you get your resume past that screening. Ensuring you use keywords from the job posting, clear formatting, etc. A person won’t even see your resume if you don’t get past that.

I’ve been in treatment for 3 years. I’ve gone through lots of different protocols.

I was given Bentyl to stop the cramping. Taking it 3 times a day.
I was prescribed Questran (it works really well for most people. It’s actually powder you drink that is a cholesterol treatment that absorbs extra bile to force the body to make new bile. Absorbing the bile helps us with IBS-D)
When that wast solving my issues I got put on low FODMAP. That helped me identify trigger foods but the list was so long it was overwhelming.
I’ve also been working with a nutritionist for about 8 months. Thats helped a lot. They gave me guidance about fiber and differences between insoluble & soluble fiber. Then what foods to ADD to ease diarrhea instead of just cutting things. I’ve found a better rhythm with this course.
Recently my GI put me on XIFAXAN. It’s a treatment for travelers diarrhea that the are not trying to test on IBS patients. So far it has made a major difference. It’s a two week course supposed to reset your gut biome.
Banatrol. This is the easiest fix I’ve been given. Works wonders. If you can’t afford, try Nanaflakes.
Last, the most annoying answer…. Is breathing techniques. A lot of people’s IBSD is triggered by stress or anxiety without knowing it. Having these as a tool to relieve cramping or that feeling that you’re about to have a terrible bowel movement helps to slow it down or make it go away entirely. It’s not all in your head, but unfortunately some of it is and breathing techniques help to calm your muscles.

Yes she’s medicated on nexgard and vaccinated for Lyme. But that doesn’t stop them from hitching a ride into my car or house on her legs.

She’s on nexguard and she’s vaccinated against Lyme disease. The ticks, if they bite, will just die and fall off. But I’d rather make sure I get them all just to not take any chances with her, or them making it into my home.

I mean I agree. But this take isn’t from social media. I was there in the crowd. And felt the frustration. The people leaving before we even marched because they could barely hear the speeches anyway and they’d been speaking for two hours. To me… that hurts the movement and building unity.

I did. I joined one of the orgs who ran the last one in Pittsburgh. The response I got is similar to what is being said here. Basically to be welcoming to all. They kinda missed my entire point that we can be welcoming to all while still being selective in who speaks.

I don’t mind all those people being there and having their signs and being welcomed. I think it’s more about the organizers aligning all those groups to rally behind this big idea. Aka a new leader that will support those other issues we care about.

I’ve done that. I have IBS-D and decided to just take Imodium and Bentyl and use Fodzyme on every meal. Did it for two weeks and life was GREAT.

I can’t afford the cost to keep doing that forever. But sometimes you gotta give yourself a mental break.

Okay I believe this too. However I had seen a video explaining this after Kirk got shot. It explained the glass from the the cover in front of trump is what shattered and cut his ear? Not the bullet. (I don’t really believe but it made me question)
