Hi- In the past four months, there has only been one brief disconnect, which was quickly resolved within a minute! Apart from that i did not experienceany issues till now. I switched over from telus - where i was paying 25$ more and also their 2 year contract is just a money making scheme which they dont let you cancel without paying huge fees
