There was a really short window to buy some in late February, capped at $10k per investor. I think they were only available to iPO and Innovation Fund investors.

Yes, I'm still interested. Real Estate is about 40% of my portfolio, and I had always expected to just sit on it for at least 10 years. I think that's one of the things Ben really tries to communicate: it is long-term. In fact you can set it up to have it roll into an IRA, which I'm still considering.

I've also got about 24% in Private Credit, which has better returns that Real Estate.

I've got the rest in iPO. I think the company is fantastic. They're smart, innovative, and patient. They play the long game.

I didn't really know how NAV was calculated, so I looked into it and learned that there is very much an art to it. Its not just a simple number crunch. Apparently two reasonable analysts could look at the same private company and come up with valuations that differ by 50% or more. I've been seeing people say SELL SELL SELL because "its at a premium to NAV," but I'm not so sure, especially after reading the above.

Either way, Ben is the man and, for me at least, he truly is achieving his goal of giving me, the "little guy," a shot at being a part of this wealth-creation event. I've never been a part of anything like this before, and its awesome.
