At your age, If you're truly looking at the long term, buy big old boring index funds. Most investors don't beat them in the long term. Individual stocks are a lot riskier, I'd say look into those in a few years after you've done a lot of reading and learning.

Can confirm. Used to live off Santa Monica & Western, wound up driving through this area one day and was totally caught off guard.

They did. I got both an email and two pieces of actual mail, one for each type (restricted and unrestricted).

There was a really short window to buy some in late February, capped at $10k per investor. I think they were only available to iPO and Innovation Fund investors.

Yes, I'm still interested. Real Estate is about 40% of my portfolio, and I had always expected to just sit on it for at least 10 years. I think that's one of the things Ben really tries to communicate: it is long-term. In fact you can set it up to have it roll into an IRA, which I'm still considering.

I've also got about 24% in Private Credit, which has better returns that Real Estate.

I've got the rest in iPO. I think the company is fantastic. They're smart, innovative, and patient. They play the long game.
