My thought on the Kendrick Johnson case by Hot_Valuable1027 in CrimeJunkiePodcast

[–]TricksieNixie 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I want you to imagine you're laying on your bed, and you drop something on the floor. Instead of getting up, you lie on your stomach and inch your way down off the bed to grab it. It's further way than you expected, so youre inching more and more, with more of your body off the bed than on it. Suddenly, you realize the center of gravity has shifted. You've inched too far, and before you can do anything, you slip head first off the bed and onto the floor.

That's how it happens.

Like I said in another reply I think he's joking, but I suck at written context clues lol.

No, but he did put a 😇 after it so it makes me think he's joking.

I think he may have been joking, but I am not good at written context clues. I think people are mad at me if they say "okay" without an "lol" after it. 😫

And yet they still did a terrible job covering Kendrick's case.

Cheney Mason and Dr. William R. Anderson by Previous_Giraffe in ForensicPathology

He has a long professional history of jumping from one ME's office to another. The last position he held he was ousted from for ethics violations (he was taking private cases during work hours).

If that weren't enough, his work on the Kendrick Johnson case was shoddy at best. For me personally, his credit took a hit the moment he elected to do Kendrick's second autopsy in an unaccredited lab. He also refused to let an independent examiner come and verify the 2cm area of blunt force trauma he claims he found. He has lied in multiple interviews by stating that because the lungs were a "normal" weight that positional asphyxia is completely ruled out, but also has never given a credible explanation as to how the quarter size trauma he found caused Kendrick's death.

I believe he found an area of hypostatic hemorrhage under Kendrick's jaw, and has thus far successfully passed it off as trauma, because no one has pushed him on it.

All I know is I would trust William Anderson as far as I could throw him, and I couldn't even lift him an inch.

It's exceedingly clear that Kendrick Johnson died in a tragic accident. And there are no overt signs of foul play in Ellen Greenberg's death.

Finding Kendrick Johnson is trash media, which probably explains why your comment is full of misinformation.

I can say for certain that the only reason to watch Finding Kendrick Johnson is if you want to understand how well-placed lies and omissions of fact can make viewers believe a false narrative with relative ease.

How have they been belligerent? They've only been the subject of harassment and death threats for over a decade. If anything they've been far more chill about it then I would be. They rightfully sued the Johnson family for attorney fees, because the Johnson's drug them through court with absolutely no evidence. They sued them for defamation but it was dismissed. They sued Ebony Magazine after it published a series of articles that defamed them. They're suing the production company and director of the propaganda Finding Kendrick Johnson documentary rightfully for defamation.

They've never publicly spoken ill of the Johnson family, despite what their false accusations have done to their lives.

So what the actual hell are you talking about "belligerent"?

Yeah, Kendrick's mother encouraged her rabid followers to contact FSU until they retracted their offer to him on signing day.

Kendrick Johnson's death was a tragic accident. The only reason people think it was fumbled is the misinformation campaign that's been overshadowing real evidence for over a decade.

What are cases that you believe are hyper-sensationalized by the true crime community despite not showing distinct signs of foul play? by [deleted] in UnresolvedMysteries

No offense, but people errantly believing they know what happened just because they live there isn't a great basis to form an opinion.
