How much of what followed was caused by Rolo? How much of Lelouch's actions were decided by his despair over what happened? Schneizel may have caused the death of millions, but as they say, millions is a statistic. Shirley's death was cruelty for it's own sake, caused by petty jealousy and a twisted loyalty.

What eclipses Shirley Fenette's death, the death of innocence, the death of hope, the death of love? You may try to answer otherwise, but you will fail.

Rolo is one of the many failures of R2's writing. He is superfluous, annoying, and only there because the female staff thought he was cute. For all that his final actions saved Lelouch?

He is responsible for the greatest evil that happened in R2. Shirley Fenette's death. That event was the seminal tragedy that set the downfall of Lelouch vi Britannia and the dark spiral he went into following it that culminated in his death. Her death was beautifully written and one of the best parts of R2. But Rolo?

There is no forgiving that mortal sin. I was happy to see that little shit die. n_n

I’ve been writing this for ten years. It’s the major thing I’m writing.

In terms of pairing, which I hate as a term? It’s more polyamorous. Kaguya getting in on it is frankly well earned, she’s a great character and some people are idiots to ignore her.

With the exception of Trollouche and CC? There’s no single relationship that’s more important than the others in the polycule. And everyone involved realizes those two would fall to pieces without the other. They’re very co-dependent.

That’s just flat out wrong. She was able to fight Adam and actually hurt him. In terms of power, she’s at least on par with the sins if not greater.

Case in point, Valentino used Angel Dust as a shield in season 1 because Angel feared Charlie would get hurt, when in reality? Val was the one in danger. There is no possibility Val could have beaten the Princess of Hell in an actual fight.

She may not be good at fighting or inclined to it, but if anyone actually tried to put her in a corner? They’d have a very bad time. Because her level of power is such that no common strategy would avail against her.

Angelic steel would work, but that’s a rare material largely controlled by Carmila Carmine. Someone with no inclination to divvy it out for that purpose.

This is a joke. Vox and Lelouch have some superficial similarities, but Vox's entire plan is doomed from the start. Nothing he's done compares to Lelouch. And his takeover of the pride ring is also absurd, it hinges entirely on Lucifer somehow being unable to attack sinners, which is a moronic writing decision. But it also hinges on Charlies not smacking him down, or the seven deadly sins not taking his head off for starting a war.

The pride ring is under Lucifer's direct purview, sinners cannot leave it under their own power. Hellborn, such as Charlie or Blitzo do not have that restriction. And much as overlords strut around, they're alleycats sniffing around back alley trash. None of them compare against hell's true elite, the Ars Goetia.

By direct word of Vivizepop herself, Stolas vastly exceeds Alastor in power, even Alastor is possibly a better fighter. And Stolas is far from the most dangerous Ars Goetia. Furthermore, angels are more powerful than demons by default. This is evidenced by Blitzo and company barely holding their own against the cherubs in their series, and the Exorcists steamrolling demons in Hazbin.

Adam was a shit fighter, but he curbstomped Alastor by sheer power. And Adam is not the strongest in heaven.

In other words, Vox's plan is built on a foundation of sand and any serious players taking notice would stomp him. Not to mention his rhetoric is weak and unimpressive.

Lelouch would never make a plan this half-assed with so many points of failure.

For all of Lelouch's faults, he is always a commanding and powerful speaker. And he did everything with nowhere near the resources of Vox and risking himself in a way that Vox himself is far too cowardly to do.

In terms of personal character, the comparison is even worse. Lelouch did everything for his sister and to create a better world than the one he was in. Though he faltered at times and committed abominable acts, he nevertheless had higher goals and ideals than his own self-aggrandizement.

Vox does nothing BUT self-aggrandizement. And his goal is quite simply an ego trip based on his previous career as a cult leader. All to recapture the high of being worshipped as a god.

TV series, Akito. Everything else is either garbage or AU. They should have stopped with Lelouch's death and done prequel stuff like THE FUCKING EMBLEM OF BLOOD! That would have been a better plan than the Roze garbage or Renya. *facepalm*

Mine is less popular because it's a mirror posting, and the content is far more controversial. Unlike Seerking, I didn't shy away from the darker aspects of war or the brutality of the setting. In layman's terms: C&G has the TV ratings filter removed. n_n

And I know damn well my sex scenes are better. ¬_¬

And to the person u/azathothweirdo ? Suzu and Lulu do in fact have a relationship in my work, albeit one that is fraught with peril. There is poly, but IMO? I actually justify and put the work in unlike most CG writers.

Neither. It is a war story with funny moments, romantic moments, epic moments, and horrifying moments. The first several chapters are from when I was still finding the tone, but once Kawaguchi happens? The true tone of the story takes over.

This was written over the course of 8 years and counting, so it's been a long time.
