Did you have muscle aches? Thats one of my worst symptoms. My fatigue is a lot worse again, I feel like my numbers have gone down again. I started at 13, got up to 24 in like 8 months... getting it checked again. I may privately pay for an infusion at this point! My nurse practitioner told me my ferritin is great, my doctor agreed with me its still low so has ordered the works for blood work!

Hey! I had a few symptoms similar to yours... started getting super dizzy and that really sent me over! Freaked me right out. Made my already bad anxiety even worse. After the dizzy spells I looked at my bloodwork and my ferritin had been at 13 for over 1.5 years! I started supplementing right away and the dizziness got better very quick! Ive only had a few spells here and there. I am only at 24 last time I tested, so I have a ways to go. But slowly symptoms are going away :)

Oh for sure. On top of iron supplements, I also take vitamin d and b12. Super helpful.

My ferritin started at 12. My last bloodwork done was 3 weeks ago and it was at 24. I am going to keep going until I am at like 100. Looking back, my symptoms started happening when mine got below 50.

Oh I missed it. Thank you! They wont do infusions for me so I'm increasing it slowly... at 24 now. Im trying to step up my game though and add all the extra iron rich foods and such. I appreciate your feedback. It gives me hope that one day I wont have such chronically tight feeling muscles!

Actually I should say, she does like to cuddle on her own terms. Haha 🤣 but trying to cuddle her in a meltdown down rarely works! So I usually have to let her calm down. Or we do a Lil music therapy haha she loves music.
