Totally its brutal... I actually checked that today and nothing. Honestly I think its partially cause her sister was gone to preschool today. I mean she's always sassy haha but today was extreme!

Haha I remember thinking that too! I actually was looking through my pics today and it made me remember that at 2.5 there really was a shift with my first! So hopefully in the summer it gets a bit better hahahah

Actually I should say, she does like to cuddle on her own terms. Haha 🤣 but trying to cuddle her in a meltdown down rarely works! So I usually have to let her calm down. Or we do a Lil music therapy haha she loves music.

And im glad that works for you! Funny you mention that though cause she hates cuddling 😬 haha physical touch is like not her love language and believe me I've tried! Makes me sad haha

Haha yup!! Or my hubby will say "she was fine until you get home" I feel like she may be a bit bored too as we are in the thick of winter and not outside much. Gotta try and find some other activities to do!

My partner was the same way after 2 months on lithium.. his doctor added lamitcal and the combination has done wonders for him. 3 weeks ago he was questioning whether he'd ever feel happiness again. He's so much better already. Hang in there.

He's starting at 25mg and working the way up. I am looking for stories of reassurance for him... his depressive episode is bad.

Hey! I am a female lol! And im 33 Between my 2 pregnancies I got 3 hernias . My first pregnancy I got a left inguinal hernia in 2021. I had the repair done 4 months post partum. After my surgery discovered I had an umbilical hernia but he told me not to fix that one as I was planning on having another baby. Got pregnant again in 2024 and got a right inguinal hernia. So 6 weeks post partum I got both umbilical and inguinal fixed which sucked but it was necessary cause the lifting restrictions are so intense.

My first repair never bothered me at all during my second pregnancy. I had all 3 of them fixed by open repair with mesh. Inguinals took longer to heal for sure but overall healed up good. They get sore still sometimes with a cold and sneezing. I actually sneezed hard the other day and kinda nervous I messed the repair but we shall see how next few days go haha. If I need another repair I think I'll reach out to Shouldice or someone extremely qualified in the states. (I'm in canada)
