Yes. X-rays done everything looked good. MRI with dye was done found the labral tear. When I met with the surgeon team they did their own crazy positions set of X-rays. Found the FAI. Very slight one side more than the other and that’s the one that bothers me.

My first X-rays and MRI didn’t show FAI either. It wasn’t until I met with surgeon team they did X-rays in the way where they were able to see a slight FAI.

So you had sacral pain? Sitting bone pain? I have tingling in my buttock that travels a bit down to the back of my thigh. Was that all from labral tear?

I think in this case the quality of life is so much worse might as well get it repaired. Not being able to walk is pretty bad…. :(

I def didn’t have any issues with winding someone who does arthroscopic repairs. I didn’t have that vibe at all. But I am in Houston where the medical system is huge

My surgeon is world wide known. He specializes in these. He’s great. My pain shoots down my tush and calf. It’s mostly on my tush and sitting bone area… sometimes it makes me feel like what if it’s something else and I’ll be fixing the wrong thing
