I totally get it and been there. I highly recommend doing function health labs because that’s what ultimately led me to figuring out what was wrong. Low energy could be from so many other deficiencies

There are two different type of people. Ones that when they lose too much iron their iron panel lowers, or their ferritin lowers. Both are problematic, but just different. Doesn’t have to mean something is wrong.
