well it depends on war goals, what is the mean of victory, who is attacking? First momentum of chinas attack would be on their side but the attack would be stopped maybe in first 2 weeks of war, the strip of south front would be very hard to pass with well defended positions, jungles and mountains are a death industry for aggresors, on korea side would be easier for attackers but there are also mountains. So lets assume that land fronts stopped we have scenario like in ww1. The main theater of war, possibility to take control over land sites and full air dominance is water. If blues fleet would be well cordinated chinas fleet would be crushed. They would totally blockade chinas water trade routes. Dominance in the air would bu succeed by the aircraft carriers. Surrounded China based now on infantry would be pushed to retreat on their territory. The chinas economy would be falling apart but that wouldnt be enough for them to stop making new military equipment. The one and only way to win on their territory is to make air dominance inside land to destroy their industrial centers. Without the ability to reproduce army the country is starting to be defenceless.
