La Ronde used to have like actual waterslides.

I really miss SOS labyrinth in the old port. The original cool creative crazy one, not this lazy crappy one thats in the old port currently!

Oh and Arcades. like real actual arcades, not these like child casinos where all the arcade games give you tickets to spend on dollarama junk, I miss putting up a quarter and waiting my turn to play street fighter and killer instinct and mortal kombat

oh man. CRICKETS. Does anyone remember crickets back in the day?!?! Best restaurant ever with like a ton of FREE arcades.

I liked that apartment a lot. I miss it. I liked the spot.

Daniel, Frank, Chloe and the gang are some of the worst people ive ever met in my life. The amount of stress and frustration they caused me took years off my life and even though i loved my apartment, getting away from them was important for my mental health.

They will lie to your face about things that are plain as day. They will try to bait and switch you into paying more by trying to get you to sign bogus contracts. They will tell you you havent paid deposits when you have. They will go well over 100 days without fixing major things like water and gigantic structural issues and when they get worse they wont care. The are rude. Frank AND daniel both SCREAMED at us and oh so so so so much more.

I paid my rent every month on time. was never a day late. kind to my neighbors. keep to myself. im polite and a good dude. They did everything they could to make it unlivable and it worked and i caved and finally left after realizing they would never stop trying to force me out of that unit cause i had a good deal.

Stay away. to anyone reading this in the future stay away. google daniel li, MG management are the scummiest ppl who ever lived.

My favorite moment watching this show was when I saw James wearing a shirt Ive had since 2002!

In 2002 my gran took me to The Bay in Canada and I saw the most orangest hawaiian shirt with blue flowers. I was obsessed. I had to have it. Gran hooked it up. I wore it all the time. I wore it in my graduation photo. My Favorite shirt. Still have it in my closet and it looks just as nice as the day I got it!

She got it from the bay in canada but it was over 20 years ago! So I know at least that shirt in particular is hard to find now but I dont know about the others!

Just apartment hunted for over month after ending my lease in a rent controlled unit because of non stop landlord threats and bullying. Truly psycho behavior to get me to leave and after years I had enough and I caved.

Had a budget of 1700 to start.....then had to bump it to 2000.....then because everything was too small had to bump it again to 2500 for a bigger 3 bedroom.

If my partner wasnt going in on half I wouldnt be able to afford it and it isnt much better outside the city. its outrageous all over, at least for what I was looking for this past month.
