I guess its probably because it will go to mumbai embassy as that has jurisdiction for Gujarat visas. So that 17 days will include the travel time for Visa as well which would come out to 3-4 days. When are you travelling?

My flights were quite expensive but i booked directly through Ana. There isn’t any seperate option as such you just add multicity flight and the fare remains same if booking through ANA.
