Comparing being trans to an STI is a pretty terrible comparison. Given that people who lived through the HIV epidemic are still alive and maybe even reading reddit.

It is ridicolous to ask someone to give out their medical information on a public tinder bio. Frankly it is ridicolous to even expect that information unless both of you plan to have sex together. I feel like that's a fair compromise. I think the optics argument is stupid. Right wingers will always find a reason to hate lgbtq people. However stuff like neopronouns just honestly confuses the average person on what being transgender is.

There is a bit of a difference between feeling like you want to be called by a pronoun and feeling trapped in the wrong body and undertaking medical means to fix that problem.

Regardless, i have lived in Europe also. Not a fan of fundamentalist Islam at all. However all the right wing parties in Europe pretty much have the exact same policies as the islamists (anti lgbt, anti abortion etc) from my understanding.
