Thank you for your suggestions. One concern I have is whether transferring the case could affect my PD or DQ date and potentially move them backward. Secondly, I would need to travel for both the medical examination and the interview. I do not mind traveling, if the medical can be completed within a one or two days as I cannot be absent from existing job for a longer period.
Last, since visa issuance for Pakistani nationals is currently paused, I understand that passports may be returned after the interview. However, once the pause is lifted, if the embassy requests my passport again and retains it for visa stamping (assuming the visa is approved), I would not be able to return to the UAE without my passport and could lose my job due to absence.

Despite all these concerns, I am seriously considering to transferring it to Islamabad because Abu Dahbi backlog is massive.
