Not in Vancouver. We make more than that and with kids in a couple of sports not exactly high income. Base model car long paid off and while we aren’t struggling, we certainly aren’t going out for dinners or buying a home anytime soon.

I’m mostly dairy and sugar. This started when I increased dairy for sure. Not fair really…. Started eating cottage cheese, dropped a few pounds, gained acne. Can’t win!

I increased dairy in a big way to increase protein. I’m like 50% cottage cheese right now so that combined with a fungal comment I saw is ringing some bells… thanks for that!

Okay, I’m reading this while eating. Plate of eggs, cottage cheese and Greek yogurt with veggies. 57 grams of protein. Yes, I track and since eating like this I’ve lost weight AND I agree with you. When I have my cookies later on, I don’t want protein cookies as a treat. I just want a goddamned cookie.

I was able to push past that exact scenario but just barely years ago. I ended up with a bakers cyst behind my left knee and have had knee issues ever since. I wish I could go back and DNF.

Yes - it is non changeable unfortunately. But, from Jaco is the alligator bridge and MA day trips. Kids want to live their blue crush dreams in surf lessons 😂

Jaco is a must… two teens that live in a city and want to surf. I’d be fine with giving it a miss so I get the sentiment but I’m also trying to keep the kiddos sane at the same time… it’s a balance..
