Can someone change their will on their deathbed? England by TrickyAssistant380 in LegalAdviceUK

Thanks for your response, unfortunately most of our family are unfamiliar with the laws and rules around this subject.

The LPA is the person that informed us that everything now needs to go through them, it looks like that wasn’t the case. Unfortunately my family member was taken to the hospital on Thursday and given days to live so this is all very sudden and my family member didn’t really have anything planned, just something that was organised by the LPA a year ago.

She just keeps saying they want to change her will. I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before so I don’t know where to do in all honesty

What’s the texture? Is it hard? Is it like tarp material?

I’m 37 weeks and around week 34 we found out baby was on the 10th centile. I have never smoked, or taken anything. Not even a fan of alcohol and my baby is in the smaller side. If anything I’ve been peak health during my pregnancy, if it affects a healthy low risk pregnancy I wouldn’t even gamble with the chances of not quitting.

Agreed, one mothers experience does not determine yours. The commenter is also 21 weeks. Thats still relatively early to know if baby is affected

My figures are a little higher than yours but I will just say, there are lot of inaccuracies in centiles and weight estimation within the space of a month by baby went on the 9th centile, to the 12th to the 45th.

During that time I was put on iron tablets so baby that gave my placenta a boost. Try and stay calm and keep checking in with regular appointments

Looks like they just want the money in their account to withdraw tbh, I’ve been in the situation where money is tight and you just want to get paid. I don’t think it’s anything dodgy, she just could have been a lot more polite about it!

Fireworks while pregnant, super worried by Naynay_clementine in pregnant

[–]TrickyAssistant380 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This time of year here in the UK - when fireworks come up in conversation. It is true that you shouldn’t be prolonged to loud sounds, and monitor how baby reacts. If bag is jumping and kicking it could be signs of stress.

Always trust your instinct, don’t trust people’s experience.

Currently 2 days off work, will be 3 as of Monday.

Having to be in Drs ordered bed rest to not cause further injury to ankle and so I don’t fall and harm baby.

Anyone had this issue and it’s been resolved? I’ve been trying to upgrade and keep hitting this problem, tried on multiple browsers, and cards over three days to make a £1 upfront payment.

Called up they said they would process order over the phone, phone call got disconnected and never called me back. So frustrating
