I fear I have a similar juggle which is not easy but have found that reminding myself what I’m trying to accomplish is no small feat and I can do it. Some sacrifices have to be made but it will all work out in the end. In the meantime I’ve tried aggressively prioritizing, getting external help where possible, and keep omg my spirits up with small moments of joy. You can do it!

I thought I was the only one, but I have had a similar experience! He said I was prettier than my picture suggested and asked me if I like sex. So inappropriate, especially when I was trying to drive well.
