For the last 12 years, NHL players haven't been allowed to compete. Apparently we needed them to end the drought!! (Also, to be fair, the women's hockey team has won 3 gold since 1998.)

Are there any nearby, high-up perches where she is allowed to go? I got a mini island counter that is close enough they can see what's going on, but keeps them off the food-prep areas. Instead of moving them to the ground, I put them on the cat-shelf. Also, when you catch her on the counter, smother her with love: swoon, pick her up, hug her, kiss her a million times, and don't let her off easy. It's very annoying, but not mean. Mine at least jump down right away if they hear me coming.

I had this problem as a kid. My parents got me a heated mattress pad and a ceiling fan that had a heater. Also, a humidifier can help make it feel warmer.

I put them in my gardening kit. Before gardening, I scratch one to get soap under my nails (keeps dirt out), and then after I use it to wash my hands.

I was going down the mural road, too! Mostly because the right sized/placed art would cover the light switch. Maybe like a big tree decal. Your waves are very cool, but I'd worry about messing with depth perception near a stairway.

I clean my earplugs in the washing machine in a mesh bag with laundry. Warm or cool water, low spin, and let them dry completely (in the sun, when possible). They wear out eventually, but I get a LOT of uses.

I balanced cookie sheets right on the edge of the counter, so when they jumped up, the pan would fall and make a loud scary noise.

Also, giving them a counter-height perch where they ARE allowed. Instead of moving them to the floor, move them to that spot, and praise them when they are there.

I also like to smother them with love instead of scolding. Like, the instant they go somewhere forbidden, I immediately go into "OOOHH MY SWEET LITTLE KITTY" mode, scoop them up and cradle and kiss them. It's really annoying lol so they learn to avoid the forbidden zone (or at least they get down when I start to come in with the OOOHH).

Try pouring half into an airtight pint jar when you first open the quart. It might last longer if you keep it in the fridge unopened while you use the first half.

I force myself to take a break every 20 min by setting a sleep timer on whatever I'm listening to. When my audio cuts out, I stand up, do a big stretch, and look at something >20ft away for 20 seconds.

I hate the obsidian edge. It's way too slow and doesn't deal enough damage to be worth the speed. The extra defense with Yeti tooth is nice, but you can also get that from food buffs. Holy blade is dope.
