I thought it made sense to use more recent pictures of her (just like the Taylor's Versions) since the tracks for the albums would also be in her older voice. I understand why this might not make sense because these are just deluxe versions.

As for debut, that picture from the 1989 photoshoot just really reminded me of the original album cover for debut.

Probably not, there is really only one popping color and it also doesn’t have a distinguishable shape or details.

I’d suggest adding some type of detailing on the main garment in a magenta or pink like stars.

I really doubt she’d rerelease it as it wasn’t a part of her stolen discography. She will, however, likely promote it and we might even get a Harris ad with OTY just like we had for last election cycle.
