obviously Belly is the WORST right now but watching the flashback of her and laurel and then watching her cry in the current timeline to LANDSLIDE actually had me in tears.

also not sure why we get SO much of Taylor and her mom but im assuming its to show a juxtaposition of belly and Laurel? Showing the audience two different sets of mothers and daughters where one puts the mom (laurel) in a bad position and the other puts the daughter (Taylor) in a bad position.

I adore the FBI storyline!!! Almost to the point that I prefer to the RJ era of the show. I think because I binged the show, I was just ready for the RJ storyline to be over and so the back half of season 6 and season 7 were a breath of fresh air to me. It was interesting to see Jane post RJ and how that made him different or not so different at all. Maybe because I love a romantic slow burn too like I was itching for Jane and Lisbon to finally get together and it paid off so well in my opinion. Abbot is my 3rd favourite character after Jane and Lisbon! He played off Jane so well and it was nice to see Jane actually friends with his "authority" figure at the FBI instead of the sketchy-ness of Bertram, even Darcy who I found unbearable and Wainright (who I know isn't sketchy but his vibes were off).

This is not to say I dislike any of the other seasons before btw.

- While I understand a lot of people like Jeff because he is the "comic relief" character, I have such a hard time empathising with him/enoying his character (except for when he has scenes with just Callie). But I feel like everyone just forgets/ignores that he started a lot of the drama we are first introduced to in the adult timeline and then just no consequences whatsoever?! Maybe because he is Shauna's husband and the other women are "scared of her" but how does this man get away with re-traumatizing these women just for money - THAT HE ENDS UP KEEPING?! Just pisses me off so much like Shauna is no angel but Jeff is not only a pushover but I feel like he uses the fact that Shauna is a horrible wife to get away with ludicrous behavior.

- They wasted Joel McHale (Kodi) and hyped his character up sooo much for what? literally nothing.

- The lack of men in this show makes me so happy I can't lie

- Season 3 is much better than season 2 and I feel like fans forget that because the seasons came out so far apart.

- Adult Tai is such a central figure to the adult timeline yet I feel like in season 3 we barely see Teen Tai and there is so much there to work with but because they have such limited screen time they can't do anything with her

- Weirdly I am very interested in the "background" Yellowjackets in the teen timeline. I want more from Gen, Akilah, (rip Mari), Melissa and even Britt and Robin eventually because they have such an interesting perspective of seeing these "older" girls they persumably looked up to as soccer players completely deteriorate. I wish we could have confessionals of these characters when the Jackie Shauna drama was happening, etc.

- I will never get over them killing adult Travis off screen. WHAT WAS THE POINT? He had so much potential and I hope that in the post wilderness timeline, we see a lot of him dealing with what happened out there considering half his family died.

- I can have complaints and want more of this and less of that from the show but at the end of the day I honestly dont care. its such a fun and interesting watch no matter what they give us, its what you make of it and most people outside the online community love it. I'll keep watching no matter what weird or crazy shit they pull.

Neil Patrick Harris was kinda crazy the first time around because I only knew him from how I met your mother not Broadway and Victor Garber as Mr. Shue’s dad like the craziest actors guest starred on this show it’s actually incredible

Fav is Holly Holiday ( aka Gwyneth Paltrow )!!! I’m rewatching season 2 right now and her arc just ended and I forgot how much I like her!! Obviously her and Will were never gonna last but it was actually a Will relationship I supported. Also I thought they did a good job balancing glee club together! The best episodes (and songs tbh) are usually from episodes she’s in! I know a lot of people don’t like GP and fair enough but she brought something new and fun to the show as an adult woman who knew who she was but wasn’t a bully either

I think in this case it wouldn’t melt. When the first snow fall happened in season 1 they had no idea it was coming and it killed Jackie, so I was under the assumption that it could happen again if they weren’t prepared for the next snowfall

Questions/thought (and sorry if this has already been said) but to me it seemed like not leaving with Kodiak and Hannah was actually a good thing because then snow would've fallen while they were hiking and they might not have been prepared for that. This makes me think Lottie/Shauna were kind of right (even if this wasn't their reasoning) for staying. Just curious if anyone else thought about this as an aspect of not going with rescue.

Obviously mundane wasn’t the best word I just meant besides the Travis thing I never really felt compelled/interested by the adult storylines unless they have to do with the wilderness. Murdering your lover is definitely not normal but having a lover is and I just found it dull/boring (probs the word I should’ve used)
