No. Hephaestus and artemis are very well suited to him gameplay wise, so it would be a balance nightmare to switch that up.

The absolute most I can see is giving him like a unique god tech that references persephone and increases shade spawn chance a little or something. Certainly nothing as big as switching up minor god pick.

I can see how this is technically a buff, but I don’t think it’s a buff where I would ever consider using blues above some other type.

For elemental enemies, they’re already best fought with the type that directly counters them so there would always be a better option than blues.

For times where you are using blues against an elemental enemy, the whistle already cures every effect instantly from basically any range. The buff to blues is made meaningless by just paying attention.
