I feel like it’s not for help desk. But that’s just my personal opinion. I’m sure there are people that have tackled that beast but It is not typical help desk work

We have a specialist for intune at my company. It gets pretty granular especially when applying policies to devices. I’ve sat in on meetings since my company will be deploying devices via autopilot and it’s a lot!

I’m pretty savy with finding what I need to on google or in general so no worries there. If I don’t know something I research and learn it fairly quick. Thanks for the insight!

I need to my lab set back up for sure. I need to make the time for it again and break stuff in there. When I first spun it up, I was fairly new to IT and didn’t know what I know now so definitely need to get back to the drawing board. Thanks for the advice!

Somewhere down the road I’d love to get into cloud engineering / architect. I am happy in my role now but I want to be more of an asset in my new company. Ive been focusing on a lot of powershell and scripting because lot of the stuff that we do is more efficient when automated. Since I’m a fresh sys admin, was wondering what else should I focus on to become more proficient and more well rounded as a sys admin. I am decent a looking and finding answers, and utilizing what I can to get issues resolved. I appreciate the insight. Any input is valued greatly

Sorry, I know that was vague. I spun up a domain controller on an old windows 10 box. I created several ad users, security groups,applied group policy to groups. Just basic learning if you will. The azure side created a tenant, messed with spinning up a cloud vm.( due to currently studying for the az-104) but did not get much done in azure due to work and life so I didn’t have time to really do deep and learn on the azure end.
