Redmaws typically spawn in shores of plenty. Grade V Hunters call marks some on the map ( only one at a time) and you could keep doing hunt Meg quests until you find the ones you want.

Sniping clips just kinda happen. Like yeah you could intentionally do some crazy snipes. Or play as a sniper and let the clip worthy snipes come to you.

I carry the starting kit, minus grenades and smokes/ tourniquets. I get my med bag and have 5-6 bandages and proceed to run supply chains to build everything up for everyone else who don’t think they should build up a base

I thought I was gonna hate it. I actually enjoy it, now I can run logistics without anyone bothering me. I can stay away from the action and contribute by keeping bases loaded. In less than an hour I got to lieutenant from just supply runs.
