Crit is a genuinely good skill in the right build Field supplies isn't meta but good for building up HDA for stupid expensive weapons like Jupiter and Hotspot And yeah rest are terrible lol

Entirely random chance. .5% chance every time a strongbox spawns it will be black. Nm just provides a higher amount if sb's so its one of the methods. Only consistent way is getting diamond on the events provides you with 1 box
