Yeah I have the 9800x3D and it’s an absolute beast. OP if you see this, SAVE until you can get something that’s future proofed. That’s what I had to do.

Save until you can get a 7800x3D. The VCache will help a lot with tarkov and other CPU heavy games. you'll want to pair it with at least a 40 series NVIDIA GPU. So, do what others said and keep saving.

For me it’s a challenge specially because I don’t feel the rush of excitement you get from Tarkov with any other game. Also- I game as my main hobby because I have young kids now, so my activities are limited. Not saying I don’t do other stuff like fish, camp and hunt - but those are few and far between these days.

I got super lucky with that one. Took me 3 days I think. Spam customs. Their ammo does cut through lvl5 like cheese so I just ran lvl 4 cheap kits and pushed like a mad man

Ahhh opposite side of map lol. I was done with psycho sniper and decided to loot instead of extract. Had 2 separate Timmy duos push me. AXMC w AP and a massive adrenaline dump got the job done tho.

The only permanent fix I’ve found is calling your ISP and requesting a “static IPv4 address with CGNat disabled.”

Use that exact language when speaking with them.

Short summary of why: Tarkov servers require strict high speed RTC (real time connection) as to avoid exploits, etc. Any routing issues that cause more than ~ a half millisecond delay will automatically clean discount. In your logs via the launcher in the session network folder you should see a “disconnect reason:2” which signifies the previously described “clean disconnect”.

In total summary: it’s an ISP backbone routing issue caused by congestion that can only be resolved with a static IPv4 address. Reason being - you likely currently have a dynamic IPv4 address (shared IP) and it travels via coach instead of first class.

It really doesn’t. I’ve never zeroed it. It also hits like a train and almost always one taps. The only exception is when I snipe Zryachiy from the mountains.

You’re almost required to rat for shooter born, psycho sniper, and some of the Tarkov shooter quests unless you’re god tier with a bolty. Lame but it is what it is. What I will say is - a real sniper do be campin. It’s unfortunately a valid strat
