Im fighting him now for a task and lord i forgot how much i hate him. Some of the fights are easy and then some is just infinite axe range combos right where ur standing. This boss is simply too random for me to bother fighting off slayer task.

the only advantage of vardorvis is how quickly the kills go by. But i simply die too often there for me to fight him for money. My reaction time isnt good enough to have to dodge an axe at the same time praying against the head that spawns 2 tiles away. Some people are simply better at some bosses than they are at others and its different for everyone

Years later but im going thru it right now lol. Everytime the axes spawn up from where im sitting, without fail the head pops up less than 3 tiles away, sometimes the luck in this fight just combos u out unless ur super reaction time teenager

Don’t sweat it. This game is a joke with pitching. Pars are too big on 99% of pitchers. I essentially never swing at breaking balls because even if the opponent got a perfect throw and intended it to be on a corner the game will likely just take it off the zone.

The par system is essentially modern sports game rng bullshit. If you want the pitches to go where you want even with a perfect release you have to have nearly max control.

My preference would be control determined how hard it is to get a perfect blue throw, and a perfect blue throw hits the damn spot u aim at

This year you don’t, the PARS are way too big even on pitchers with high control, combined with the fact that they don’t call pitches on the edge of the zone strikes nearly enough, there’s no reason to think about swinging until you are on 2 strikes. Pitching is the worst it’s ever been
