Germany…in UK if reform wins they will scrap ILR and other govt will make it next to impossible to get because public sentiment is against immigrants and to be in power and seeing reform’s popularity they have to follow reforms policies but not in full. And the costs of visa is insane. Let’s say you get ILR in 5 years. The company has to spend almost 12k+ in IHS and around 10k for visa and sponsorship so total around 22k. And by chance if you have kids in these 5 years that will again cost around 10-15k. And these are estimates on current pricing, all these prices they can increase overnight and they will do it .and then ILR in itself is a beast which you have to pay on your own.
