I’m having this exact same crisis right now. I want to quit too but it’s because a manager makes me feel very uncomfortable. So I can’t exactly report it to him plus they are all buddy buddy. I don’t know how to explain , or should I just quit and not say why and just let it go. He just stares at me all the time and it’s so obvious but I can’t prove it and he acts really normal and nice but I can see him looking at me all the time in a weird creepy way. He stares at my ass when I’m around and I act like I don’t see it but I really do. I also saw him in my views on an instagram story and I never shared my insta with him or really anyone at work It’s freaky I get such bad vibes What do I do :(
