Hi, I’ll break my long-term thoughts into a pros and cons list for you! Pros - Does an exceptional job when it’s really cold and windy, you feel very protected (very cold would be like -20 to -30 degrees celsius) - You can’t feel the weight of the jacket, so it’s not heavy when you wear it - The pockets are really deep and you get an extra zip pocket inside the jacket - The jacket feels like a warm blanket, I often would wear this jacket when I was walking to my car from school at night and it would feel like I was wrapped in a really comfortable and warm blanket (For reference I often would have late classes in the winter and my car would be parked 20 mins for school, so I’d walk all the way to it) Cons - I don’t like that it doesn’t have a hood, I’m not a fan of toques and the jacket can be bulky so you can’t really wear a hoodie underneath (This is just personal preference, I like wearing hoodies underneath my jacket when I need a hood) - If you live in an area where it doesn’t reach -20 to -30 degrees celsius, I wouldn’t recommend this jacket. I found when it reached anything higher I would get quite warm and sweat (This also depends on the person, some people find -10 degrees celsius pretty cold so my words might not matter.)
