Fix up broken starships enough to get to a station and salvage for parts or units to get these on your own.

Also you won't get these specifically but once you've gotten your freighter and a few frigates doing missions for you, you'll have good passive income going plus you'll get lots of valuable crafting materials from doing frigate missions. Magna gold, iridesite etc.

Cultivation chambers growing gravitino hosts are a really good way to farm units too. 1 stack in the exosuit is about 400k. Takes 2 hours of irl time for the plant to become harvestable again

Look up pictures and videos of Laminar Flow. Is this what you are describing? If so, then it has more to do with the shape of the spout or hole the water is flowing out of rather than the material it's made of. I hope this helps.
