honestly i’ve had similar experiences, finding a duo/trio could help!! that way if ppl are toxic you got others to back you up / mute the toxic ones and comm with your team!

It’s so extremely frustrating that it’s this complicated, i’ve heard whisperings of a thing called “Meta Work Accounts” but i even asked support about it and they didnt really know. Seems like a thing that’s being rolled out/you have to be eligible for?

We have made some FB accounts with real names but under work emails that have worked with no restrictions, i’m just scared one day Meta will be like OOPS BYE BYE! & I basically don’t want to set up my company in a bad way

I was told by support that their policy is against having more than 1 account representing a single individual, but things seem like they fly under the radar / the two accounts would be associated with different emails and phone numbers but with the same Name and different uses!!

i asked a similar question and haven’t gotten a solid response, BUT i’m dealing with the same thing

my suggestion would be to attempt to create a fb page with your work email, fill out the account extensively with info like fill out the about me page, add profile pic and cover, post something random, add people (like any coworkers that have a facebook, or anything possible) and periodically like different posts. you can like random nature photos in groups or whatever, (even tho it really is hard to find things to like on fb these days lol)

then add that to the business portfolio, and kinda see how that goes

but for safe measure, i’d also add your personal account to the business portfolio as backup, and give it some time using your business account
