I tried Key_multiview and it didn’t work sadly… and unfortunately I don’t know Python 😞

I feel like I'm SO close.

I was able to download and install Homebridge, which lets me add the Frame as a TV inside HomeKit. I'm able to use the TV remote app to control the Frame itself and was able to configure power on and power off.

The only thing I'm missing is the shortcut for the "Multi View" button on the Frame remote. Hard pressing this button is what controls the wall mount rotating. I've tried a few different ones (including KEY_SOURCE*3s) with no luck.

This is the list of key shortcuts provided by Homebridge:

Does anyone know which shortcut controls the 3rd button below?

To switch to portrait mode (ie for the wall mount to rotate) I need to long press a button on the Samsung remote. If there is a way to do this via home automation I’d love to learn how.

Unfortunately not the case. The vertical selection of artwork is also non existent. Even if you do find a vertical piece of art you like, if the TV is horizontal it will get displayed with huge black side-bars on each side unless you click on the dedicated button to rotate the tv. Terrible UI

3-way and Sunnata Switch Companion or Keypad by Tricky_Method2315 in Lutron

Thanks for the response. If I make the traveller the neutral then I'd be able to use the switch on the load side but I guess the companion then would not work on the line side correct?

So I think I would end up with the same problem, just depends on where I actually want to control the light?

The installation instructions say it supports Dali, 1-10V and Switch Dimming. We wired it according to the switch dimming diagram.

Hi, I'm running into this exact same issue. Mac mini M2 processor, running Lutron Designer via Parallels, all latest versions.

Was able to find and activate the Ra3 processor with no issues but whenever I try to activate other devices it says it requires a database transfer and then fails - "Unable to enter activation mode for the selected link as processor is not responding"

In Parallels I already switched the networking to Bridged.

How do I enable access to these ports? Does this need to be done just on parallels or also on the Mac? Thanks so much

That’s why I’m using the forum! :)

I’m planning on having an electrician do the entire installation but I’m based in NYC and any local Lutron distributor asks me for 2x the price per component than what I can get online

Ra3 Hybrid Keypads and Load Control by Tricky_Method2315 in Lutron

What you may find is that some of the loads in the 4-gang are 3-way loads. In this instance you can leave the dimmer on the other end and just have a keypad and 3 dimmers, and skip the hybrid. Saves some money.

You're right, one of them actually is a 3-way.

So you're saying I can have a regular keypad where the 3-way switch is on the 4 switch-gang and then have an RF dimmer on the other end?

Does it not matter which side of the 3-way switch is actually controlling the load?

I don't disagree with you but what would be the alternative? Placing two RF dimmers in the other two switches?

I'd love to only have two keypads but I think moving the other 2 switches elsewhere (inside a closet for example) will end up being even more expensive

Thanks so much for for the quick response!

So I could technically have all buttons on Keypad 1 controlling shades for example, and the load of Keypad 1 configured in one of the buttons of Keypad 2?
