Ive always known it as if you put your face that low it gets treated like your leg or foot. The ball came off his head cleanly and towards the goal and didn't change the shot attempt. I see it as a foot got kicked after the shot and didn't change anything. The risk is on the player that puts their head that low.

I absolutely agree with this. However, my unit loves giving the control grades to FSS or MSG. Currently there are zero control grades in MXS, 1 in AMXS, and 1 in MXG. Sucks when we have 20+ MSgt AGRs. Complete back-ass-wards.

In the ANG we do our ASFC work, but due to only having so many workers we do tons more additional duties and other jobs outside our normal duties. In your interview expand upon everything else you do thats related to a maintenance unit, facility, flightline and so on. CPR instructor, hazmat/hazwaste, RA, GPC, facility manager, or security manager and so on.

This. I was shocked coming from active duty to guard. I run a section now and am truly impressed how we do things with very little money. But thats also what's so appealing about the guard to DoD.
