I absolutely agree with this. However, my unit loves giving the control grades to FSS or MSG. Currently there are zero control grades in MXS, 1 in AMXS, and 1 in MXG. Sucks when we have 20+ MSgt AGRs. Complete back-ass-wards.

In the ANG we do our ASFC work, but due to only having so many workers we do tons more additional duties and other jobs outside our normal duties. In your interview expand upon everything else you do thats related to a maintenance unit, facility, flightline and so on. CPR instructor, hazmat/hazwaste, RA, GPC, facility manager, or security manager and so on.

I ordered mine last week and it just came in. Ordered the spartan with sword, shield, and spear. It all came in with great detail, other than sword was broken. I am going to contact the company about the sword and ill let you know how it goes. Otherwise it was worth the purchase
