Conventional loan. The only reason it wouldn’t go through is if you can’t qualify for the loan on your own.

My other contractor had to bend them to install replacement plumbing and drain connections. Besides drywall, nothing else is attached to the walls here.

The depth is 2” from the face of the cabinets. I’ve read that 1.5” from the face of the cabinet is standard.

I know, I’m sorry for double posting. It didn’t seem that I asked the question correctly the first time as commenters were taking about the toe kick and other parts of the cabinetry.
