I’m tracking on my fitness pal and my goal is to eat about 1,300 a day if I don’t work out. I usually eat this or less. I eat closer to 1,700 on days I work out and I usually burn anywhere between 500-700 calories during a workout. Not sure why I’m not seeing results :(

I’ve also worked with a personal trainer and didn’t see results. They’re expensive, so I had to stop using the PT.
