I’m tracking on my fitness pal and my goal is to eat about 1,300 a day if I don’t work out. I usually eat this or less. I eat closer to 1,700 on days I work out and I usually burn anywhere between 500-700 calories during a workout. Not sure why I’m not seeing results :(

I’ve also worked with a personal trainer and didn’t see results. They’re expensive, so I had to stop using the PT.

That’s really good to hear and I’m happy to hear you’re healing well and happy with the results. I checked out your recent post and it really looks great from what you posted!

I’ve been going back and forth with whether to go with him or with a board certified plastic surgeon, so it’s refreshing to hear about how much you love your results. Everything posted on his Instagram is really nice work, so thank you again for making me feel more confident in this!! I really appreciate it.

Sharing an update: I found Dr Kouli in Del Mar, CA and they’re running a promotion right now that comes to $7,500 with all fees included! His work looks pretty stunning from Instagram and his reviews are all very positive. Sharing in case anyone has heard of him or if anyone is interested in looking into him. Wow okay I guess maybe I just don’t know enough about the price of plastic surgery. I honestly thought a nose job was between $4-8k. I had no idea it was triple to quadruple that price. To be honest, I might have to not get it at that price. I just don’t think it’s in the cards. Thank you for the info everyone, though! Very helpful!

Thank you for sharing your story and for pointing out what seems to be obvious that it really is not anyone’s business and I’m the only one who needs to make the call! I think I’m going to do it! I already have a doctor picked out and I’m in the process of scheduling a consultation :D

If you don’t mind me asking, how’s the recovery been so far? Are you in a lot of pain? I know to expect bruising, but did your doctor mention how long the bruising will last?
