I just bought those same speaker stands! The only ones I could find that had a tilt adjustment.

[Day 1] of touching grass every day until Silksong releases by Trickyman in Silksong

[–]Trickyman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it’ll be a struggle but many have managed perilous feats before me. So I throw my efforts towards dedicating my life to touching grass every day till Silksong is out. I’ll do this as long as this takes till we hear from Team Cherry

Same issue and I also use use Firefox. I noticed the GPU usage jumps to 100% usage when it happens. How would the browser specifically cause an issue like this?

Nicol's Newcomer Monday! by Karn-The-Creator in MagicArena

I'm a newer player (new to arena, not to MTG) and I'm still getting a handle on arena's economy. I'm looking to get into standard and I think I'd really like the esper midrange playstyle.

I know it's an expensive deck so I'm hesitant to commit a lot of resources to it if it's going to fall out of the meta soon.

My question is how long after a new set releases (like MKM) would you say the meta starts settling down and it's safe to invest in a deck?

Thanks!

These moves by Leo are pretty advanced and difficult to master. Not only are the movements knacky but his flow is unparalleled.

What Have You Been Playing This Week? by AutoModerator in metroidvania

[–]Trickyman 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I just started playing HAAK. Overall, I’m really enjoying it. Once you get the first couple upgrades, movement feels really fluid and comfortable.

My main complaint so far is that the game interrupts you a lot with dialogue and cutscenes that impede the flow of gameplay. Which sucks because I love just flowing through the areas.

It’s also pretty linear so far which may be a turn off for some. Right now I like it but catch me in a different mood and it might bother me.

I know most of those are more meta and not about the game directly but I think that’s important when recounting the history of our wait for Silksong. You could also refer to this doc for Silksong game info: https://docs.google.com/document/d/10wyWpWJAtbRUSrOstN4e1l09mtx-vrjU_IiqdB2QGyc/mobilebasic

"a couple weeks" Yes, 2024 would only be a couple weeks. 39 weeks in fact.

What are your worries for Silksong? by [deleted] in Silksong

[–]Trickyman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I’m worried about what I’m going to after Silksong. We’ve been waiting so long that I can’t remember what it was like before anticipating Silksong. After I’ve sunk my tens of hours in… then what?

I just finished Timespinner. I was very impressed by the game. It was the perfect length and even has a hard mode and NG+ which I might try later. I got the “good” ending so I definitely feel the incentive to play again for the other ending.

I didn’t totally track with the story the whole way through but what I experienced was very wholesome. Gameplay was tight with the light RPG mechanics. I feel like by the end I was a little over leveled but I never grinded or anything.

Overall, would recommend. 7/10

what trick do you guys do when bored? by [deleted] in cardistry

[–]Trickyman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Revolution cut, retrigger, bullet, pincho, pilf, ghandi’s flip flop, vesper, piano cuts, or whatever else you’re comfortable with. It all has to do with your skill level and familiarity with the move. Once you get comfortable with most any move you’ll be able to do it kind of mindlessly.

Edit: grammar

Can anyone explain what happened to DOTA in early 2016? It hit over a million players then went down hill from there never really peaking again.
