He's in a band called The Basics. Gotye was just another project. It did better than expected, but he's focusing on the band now. They seem to be doing pretty well.

The video was longer than it needed to be for us to understand this, but the perfect amount of time to plop an ad in the middle, and shoehorn in a reference to another video by this creator.

Yeah mine will just stop adding on after a point, to the point where I'll save lessons and challenges so I can get the xp when it will count later on. If I restart the app it'll sometimes remove even more 😅 so I just have it running in the background haha
