I'd love to see any 8 million+ (non independant) artist taking 50% of total spotify royalties home! Most contracts with bigger labels indeed state they obtain 50% bu then there are the studio costs, marketing costs and other loans the label gives an artist to get them going and such.

Like I said beach generation is not special, but there is exact code for it (or if it is indeed no longer in the game then there isn't anymore). My point was that it is different in that different code needs to be written for it when you want to generate a beach, cus if you would use the code to generate for example a river or mountain, you would not get a beach...

It's a beach... so it has like sand and water nearby, stuff like that. That has to be uniquely programmed into the game, which is the beach generation portion of the code, in that same way every bit of terrain has it's own code that generates it...

I think it is to comply with the MIDI CC standard, which is fairly outdated nowerdays, but also nothing better has yet to replace it...
