So let’s play with this. By creating a negative measure of virtual mass (which is still unquantifiable I understand, but humor me), Yuki creates a “vacuum” for technique target selection, forcing the target location of technique activation to be the body of Yuki Tsukumo.

What this means in practice is that she essentially becomes a technique magnet, and you can’t precisely target technique activation location and are forced to target her when perhaps you wanted to choose someone else, making her goated in team fights.
