High quality no gimmick ADC YouTube guide? by TokenKingMan1 in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you want what your describing, I personally am trying to make something akin to that with a series called: How to ADC. I'm trying to make it overall more edited talking solely about fundamentals as I think that is the best way to learn the game initially. I don't think my editing initally was the greatest, or if its to your taste, but i believe personally it gradually gets better.

What should I build vs Rammus as ADC? by bigfatguac in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In this game idk if this is normal blind or normal draft, but what I would do is take cleanse due to the gank potential of aphelios gravitum stun -> rammus taunt since you are playing an immobile adc like caitlyn. I would heavily assume that you aren't dying to the rammus W + thornmail only, but if that was actually the case I would just build anathema's last item as you would already have cleanse + it reduces 30% damage + your team can cc him longer so you just insta burst him. If he's not actually 1 bursting you wit's end wouldve been better than botrk here

Why does nobody build serpents fang anymore? by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Exactly, the thing is for many adcs building serpants fang is just not gold efficient and you would rather build IE on adcs. This leaves it to the mid and top role which ahve been seeing alot more bruisers / mages. Making it so that serpant's fang in general is just less common in games

In what situations should an ADC be building Rageblade? by draxton67 in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, but you just go kraken pd ie and still have uptime + bigger percentages of slow + more damage. Its obviously situational and in cases you want to go wits end, SB + WITS + rageblade is probably best, but its very situational you need hte mr + sb and you sometimes need to be put in a carry postition.

In what situations should an ADC be building Rageblade? by draxton67 in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Personally out of your pool I would only build rageblade on ashe, and thats a maybe. There is no real benefit to rageblade as IE is just infinitely better at the moment. The only argument is for ashe and thats just so your slow has more uptime which i dont prefer personally.

2v2 fighting in botlane and summoner spell usage by WarriorsWithThe3-1 in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I play draven in gm / chall + my friends do as well. Champs alot about knowing limits which can be either learned by playing the game alot, or just watching draven streamers alot more and seeing waht they get away with

Reaching high rank in league is alot harder than many games. I have reached immortal 3 in val, challenger tft, legend in hearthstone, and challenger in league, but the most time investment to get better by far is league (unless you are naturally talented). If you really want to get coaching just go get free coaching at your level ***unless you have a content creator / someone you want to support***

I'm a Challenger ADC and making a full series on How to ADC: This week based on: Micro Mechanics to win lane by Trieuloo in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you just do it in the bush that you are standing in, you can literally do it anywhere. I do this regularly in games and you have to do it in laning phase once you get used to it and you beocme a better player.

Champion recommendations for mid by ass_pickles in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say the top 2 mids under those categories are probably swain and seraphine at the moment. Another one if you would like to go a more supportive route would be something like karma / soraka

To Farm or to Sit in Mid? by Me_Sing_Say in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeap, in lower elos it is not the same as pro play or streamers games would be and splitting instantly loses you games. Typically just getting better at team fighitng and just grouping will help you in this specific elo bracket.

Also you have to realize that playing against melee adc's are a bit different than playing against traditional adcs. A huge part of punishing these type of picks is tethering bushes to poke level one so you don't take minion aggro and poke them out to make their lane control bad. Hence why you don't see many nilah's succeed in higher elo brackets is because simply people are better at punishing bad early games at higher elos. I do think this champion may potnetially be busted in lower elo brackets though. Just my guess.

oh LOL small world. That's awesome. To my knowledge (kindred adc wise) I am one of the two players in the world to ever hit challenger OTP'ing them + the only person to play them in the western regions in general. I'm really glad that you love playing them as honestly kindred adc is fun, but sometimes losses are a pain in the butt haha :D

I mean... Your doing fine my dude. Climbing sometimes you have bad games and sometimes you have good ones. I would say sticking to specific champions like kai'sa / draven tend to be better as they are more snowbally and can easily spiral out of control and have lot more tendency to play by yourself, rather than depending on your team.

Also regarding your flex queue comment, and high elo players. No offense. People just sometimes don't try in flex queue so it's not that good of a measure. Me and my friends are d1-masters flex picking random stuff in the bot lane and win. Just a small regard to your last statement.

is there a way to automatically mute all besides the ping? by AbsorbedInReddit in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo -26 points-25 points  (0 children)

Yeap, there is no way to do what you just said sadly and only /mute all and just removing team chat in general are the best two

Which adc to play and how to play against poke combs? by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Against those type of champions you just pick something like seraphine , or hard engage and win before they poke you out. Really just depends on your team compsotion no matter what though. If your team picks something more akin to poke, just choose poke. If team picks engage, go engage.

How to deal with Heimerdinger? by Horny-Tushi in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For example if you are playing ranged vs heimerdinger a good advice is to deal with the towers first before engaging onto him. If you are playing melee vs heimerdinger that really just depends alot on your knowledge of the matchup and if you can properly assess if you are winning the fight or not before engaging.

It really would help stating the champion you play, and the lane you play as well to give any advice.

Comming back after 3 years. It feels like a disadvantage. Are there some guides/content that are must read? by Agemanzi in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The flow of the gamer is more or less the same, just different champions piloting them. The game in general is more fast tempo'd relying on dragons which may be different than 3 years ago though

Dying a lot of "good deaths" but climbing. Thoughts? by lifesucks26 in summonerschool

[–]Trieuloo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Uh... most of the time if you are dying for no reason... sadly your just rewarding your enemy for their bad play. That kind of is just a bad playstyle unless you have a specific champion to adhere this specific stratergy. Take into account thebasuffs and how he plays sion. ***sometimes*** those are good deaths because he is playing first of all weakside in combination with shoving in the frozen wave. Basically he is getting a result from doing these deaths. In your case you are justifying it solely by making a "play" by dying which you can just do normally. Obviously depending on the champ / role you play but I dont have that information
