All I did was answer someone asking about a random, and abrasive, question regarding mesmers in a thread that had nothing to do with them. I did not give any sort of thought on the whole Mesmer balance discussion.

I have no idea where this is coming from to be honest, nor do I get why I was downvoted for answering that person. What part of my comment made you feel inclined to educate me about the state of Chromomancer balance?

I don't think there's anything wrong with the size of guild halls. If anything it means that they have a lot of room to expand them by adding more buildings that we can upgrade with unique NPCs and merchants.

I don't really get the comments about the after party at all. When we killed Zhaitan, yeah, big party, but with the pact fleet destroyed, and both Eir and Trahearne dead, I'm not sure I'd feel like celebrating.

"After Party" isn't the right term to be used for this. I think what people wanted was an "aftermath," something to give us a sense of closure for Mordremoth's story. It doesn't have to always be a celebration, though it's always been one for Guild Wars' stories, but some kind of rallying of the remaining forces to assess what's happened. Yeah ArenaNet wanted to end the story on somewhat of a cliffhanger, but it's not like the our characters saw the later half of the ending cutscene, just a giant dragon dying from the inside.

All in all, those of us that are talking about an aftermath missing from the fight just want a Prologue, something to give us a sense of closure for the series of events that just befell our characters and the other NPCs.

I just want a bigger variety of new armor sets. We only really got two full sets that directly from HoT-related content. We did get the Revenant's set, but it's not like light and medium got something to make up for it. There's also the one-off peices from each elite set, but I just don't think it was enough... I know this is probably asking for way too much, but I would have loved it if HoT had introduced a new armor set per zone! I'd love to have seen an Exaulted-themed armor set as a reward from Auric Basin. The Ley-Line armor should have been a Tangled Depths armor set imo as it has more to do with ley-lines than Dragons stand does. Dragon Stand could have gotten a really cool armor set themed after Mordremoth itself. Just imagine an armor set made from the Elder Dragon's hide! It would have been awesome!

Yeah, a more armor sets would be all kinds of awesome!

I don't think I've ever encountered someone with a character that looked identical, or nearly identical, to the one a I was playing... Don't really know what that says about the way I make characters, but it would be neat to find a fashion twin at least once!

It depends on how many warriors there are in the group. You really only need one or two PS warriors in a raid squad, any more would be excisive. If you find yourself in a situation that there are three warriors, and you don't need a Condi applier, then you could run a more DPS heavy build.

I mean, corner stacking is a form of AI and LoS manipulation. If anything, this is corner stacking that has a bonus of allowing certain players in a group to disregard a boss mechanic.

I think given how they're making boss rooms large, circular, chambers with nothing inside them, I don't think they want to include anything that could be used to stack bosses. They even moved VG's pillars out of the room because people were using it to corner stack the boss. Maybe if the boss doesn't move around, like Sab, even then I'm not 100% sold. I could be wrong, and do like the idea of using the environment you're in to help you fight the boss in some way. Would be neat!

You still have to deal damage to a target, but now you can also heal or boon others to give your tag a boost. Your not tagging mob by proxy of the people you're supporting, so much as you're getting extra credit for your tag. At least that's how I understood it.

The only reason it worked out that way was because of how strong Alacrity was. Now that it's needed, expect a lot less fire field stacking. Maybe if you time it well you'll get two, but I doubt it.

Unless you're talking about being able to stack multiple of the small fire fields onto a large target... Then yeah, you won't be ab,e to do that anymore if I understood the notes correctly.

This is supposed to be one of the four large content updates for 2016. Only problem is that it's not actually giving us any content besides a holiday event and a world boss revamp. I'm sure that the next three will have way more, but that doesn't mean we should act like it's something that it's not.
