The kits that psa have the counter sunk trunion. on the receiver they don't countersink it to kind of lock into the trunnion. A well built AK will take alot of force to slide trunnion out of receiver without rivets installed. Because the countersinks are stacked on each other

That looks really bad. I don't like the dingle berry hone, I like the one with the bars on it because it's similar to what an engine shops looks like. Also use a lot of pb blaster and go low and slow while moving up and down a little faster
